Career and Business Coaching

I support individuals to realise their potential and to confidently believe how good they really are, whether this be through working for an organisation or running a business. 

Whether you are at a career crossroads, preparing for a new role, looking to successfully return to work following a period of leave or looking to start or build you own business I can support you to identify your goals and will help you to put in place the actions needed to achieve them. 

Often people come to coaching for support to navigate a particular challenge, as part of this I will also work on your mindset to support you to understand whether there are any obstacles which might be getting in the way of creating positive change.  I use a range of coaching techniques to suit your personal style, that are appropriate for your unique needs, always ensuring that they are objective focused to enable change.

For those looking for support focused on confidently returning to work post maternity leave, you may benefit from my ‘A Confident Return’ group workshop.  This workshop is a three-hour session delivered in small groups.  For further information on what is included and dates of next workshop please contact me directly.

How we will work together: It is important that we are a good fit to be able to work together for best effect. For my one to one coaching services, I offer a complimentary thirty minutes discovery call where I understand more about what you are looking to achieve from coaching.  This also gives you an opportunity to ask any questions about the coaching relationship.  Following this call, if we feel that we are a good match, I will offer my recommendations for a personalised coaching ‘package’. This usually consists of between four and six coaching sessions over approximately a four to six -month period depending upon what you are looking to achieve from coaching.
